No. We use genuine certified AISI 304 and marine-grade AISI 316 stainless steel. Our titanium gold finishes are processed via vacuum Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD), guaranteeing lifetime anti-tarnish and corrosion resistance.
How are reverse halo-lit backlit letters mounted?
Halo-lit letters are equipped with rear threaded welded standoffs holding the letter 2-3 cm off the wall. IP67 LEDs cast a prestigious, homogeneous 3D halo glow onto the architectural facade.
Do you supply 1:1 scale paper drilling templates with every order?
Yes. Every letter set is shipped with a full-size 1:1 printed paper drilling template indicating exact standoff drill points and cable entry holes for flawless installation.
Stainless steel letters: finishes, lighting and price
Our stainless steel letters are fabricated built-up letters made from AISI 304 for most facades and AISI 316 for coastal or marine locations. They are available brushed, mirror polished or with a titanium gold PVD coating, and can be non-illuminated or halo lit with LEDs behind the letter.
As stainless steel letter manufacturers we control cutting, bending, laser welding and finishing in-house. That keeps the joints clean on premium brands and lets us quote realistic factory prices.

What is the difference between 304 and 316 stainless steel letters?
304 is suitable for most urban facades and interiors. 316 contains molybdenum and resists corrosion better near the sea or in harsh climates.
What are halo-lit letters?
Halo-lit (back-lit) letters have a closed metal face and LEDs that shine onto the wall behind, creating a soft glow around each letter.
Do stainless steel letters rust outdoors?
Correctly specified and finished stainless steel does not rust in normal outdoor use. We provide a 3-year structural warranty against corrosion.
What does 'built-up letters' mean?
Built-up letters are fabricated 3D letters with a face and returns (sides), as opposed to flat cut letters. They give depth and can hold LEDs.
