Where is your sign factory and which countries do you ship to?
Our factory is in Osmangazi, Bursa, Türkiye. We ship to the UK, the EU, the Gulf states and other export markets by road, sea or air freight.
How fast can a channel letter order be produced?
Standard production takes 5–10 business days after artwork approval. Road freight to Germany, France, the Netherlands and the UK usually takes a further 5–7 business days.
What LEDs and power supplies do you use?
We use Samsung IP67 LED modules and Mean Well power supplies, both with a 3-year warranty.
