Will stainless steel channel letters rust or discolor outdoors?
No. We exclusively use certified AISI 304 and 316 marine-grade stainless steel. Grade 304 offers a 5 to 10-year anti-corrosion guarantee against rain, snow, and UV radiation. Grade 316 is recommended for coastal or high-salinity environments.
What prevents acrylic faces from fading or cracking in sunlight?
Cheap signage often uses thin 2mm extruded or recycled plastic that degrades under UV. Alim Reklam uses minimum 3mm–5mm 100% pure cast acrylic (Plexiglas) with built-in UV stabilizers for 10-year color vibrancy.
What is the recommended standoff gap for reverse halo-lit letters?
To produce an even, unbroken halo glow without hot spots on the facade, letters should be spaced 15mm to 25mm (0.6"–1.0") off the wall using clear acrylic standoffs. Our 1:1 mounting template pre-aligns all standoffs.
