Precision Laser Cut Architectural Metalwork

Laser Cut Architectural Metal Panels & Facade Cladding

Custom engineered decorative metal screens, ventilated facade rainscreen cassettes, perforated sunshades, and architectural partitions manufactured from architectural grade aluminum (AL 6063 / 5005) and AISI 304/316 stainless steel with ±0.1mm CNC laser precision.

Trumpf Fiber Laser & CNC Forming

High-speed fiber laser processing of sheets up to 2000×4000 mm. Multi-axis CNC press braking delivers custom cassette returns, hanging brackets, and concealed fastener slots for seamless building integration.

Qualicoat Class 2 & Anodizing

Architectural-grade exterior powder coating with 25-year gloss retention warranty (AAMA 2604/2605 compliant) or natural/hard coat anodizing (20–25 microns). Available in all RAL colors, bronze, champagne, and Corten steel effects.

Structural Wind Load Engineering

All facade panels and louvers are statically calculated according to Eurocode 1 (EN 1991-1-4) wind action standards. Internal stiffener ribs prevent thermal distortion and oil-canning on large spans.

Laser-cut metal panels: materials, finishes and how to specify them

Laser-cut architectural metal panels are used for facade screens, balcony and stair balustrades, room dividers, gates and decorative ceilings. Because each panel is cut from your own pattern file, the same system can carry a brand motif, a geometric screen or a sign with integrated lettering.

We cut, fold and finish panels in our 1,400 m² plant in Bursa. Aluminium is the usual choice for facades because it is light and does not rust; stainless steel suits interiors and high-end entrances; mild steel is economical for indoor screens when it is powder-coated.

What to send for an accurate quote

  • Pattern or artwork as a vector file (DXF, DWG, AI or PDF) and the overall panel sizes
  • Material and thickness preference (aluminium, stainless steel or steel)
  • Finish: powder coating in a RAL colour, brushed or mirror stainless, or anodised aluminium
  • Indoor or outdoor use, and how the panels will be fixed (frame, stand-offs or rails)
  • Quantity and delivery address

Open area, pattern density and panel size all influence cost and rigidity, so our drawing office checks each design before production and can suggest reinforcement or panel splits. Standard orders are produced in 5–10 business days after drawing approval and packed flat in ISPM-15 crates. For EU deliveries we issue an A.TR movement certificate.

Frequently asked questions

Can you add backlighting behind the panels?

Yes. Panels can be combined with LED lighting to create illuminated screens or signs; tell us the effect you want and we will propose a layout.

Is there a minimum order?

No. We produce single feature panels as well as full facade packages.

What warranty do you provide?

Our workmanship and finishes carry a 3-year warranty. Third-party coating systems keep their own manufacturer specifications.
