Absolutely not. In contract manufacturing, we never contact your client directly. Products are delivered either under your brand or in neutral wooden crates with no company information. You can request a confidentiality agreement.

There is no minimum order quantity in contract manufacturing — even a single piece can be ordered. However, unit cost decreases as order volume increases. Special wholesale price lists are provided to our regular monthly B2B partners.

Production time for standard orders is 5-10 business days. Priority production queue applies for our regular B2B partners and this period can drop to 3-7 business days. Express orders are discussed separately.
